About

Ms. Meagan Bryant is the founder and Principle of Well is Well. Her primary passion resides in researching and pursuing natural health care. Her focus on exploring new and different ways to heal physical and emotional trauma and improve wellness has significantly improved her own health and well-being.

An adventurous spirit from the start, Meagan spent multiple years of her youth on a ranch with many types of animals. She was an equestrian, a competitor and an athlete. With a lifelong desire to be a pilot, she conquered her goal to fly the Apache attack helicopter. Later, she transitioned into airplanes, flying both VIP missions and surveillance missions. Following a debilitating car crash, she spent the rest of her career in various roles helping to protect National Security. She retired from the military after 25 years as a Lieutenant Colonel.

She deployed to combat zones with the military three times and also had the luxury of flying around the Middle East and Europe. Since then, her travels have taken her to 27 countries ranging from exploring New Zealand to volunteering with children in South Africa.

She has experienced and recovered from emotional, verbal, sexual and physical abuse. She also sustained many physical injuries as an active and adventurous spirit, enduring 11 surgeries and hundreds of doctors’ visits.

Her journey into holistic health began in 2003. Weary from being in mental and physical anguish and taking medicine that only masked the pain and symptoms, she had fallen into a depression and was unable to connect, socialize and compete in sports.

Meagan’s research skills made her a great military intelligence analyst and also helped her learn about natural health and wellness. She has conducted 1000’s of hours of research into Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) avenues and personally tried 33 of them to-date. She no longer suffers from environmental allergies that sent her to the hospital with asthma, the incessant skin rashes and itching, the debilitating joint pain and the overwhelming fatigue and brain fog that plagued her for decades. She has established a personal community and competes in sailboat racing, an engaging and competitive team sport.

She believes that Western medicine has its place in the larger picture, but CAM has been the catalyst for her lasting changes. She learned about energy and the relationship between emotions, energy and how they impact the body. She learned that a lot of her physical issues stemmed from the emotional challenges she faced throughout her life as well as from the highly synthetic lifestyle (food and daily use products) promoted in the Western world.

Her goal is to provide comprehensive awareness of CAM in an environment free from judgment. Not all modalities resonate with every person which is expected and ok. Every person is different and requires different approaches to acquire true health and wellness. That is the true beauty of this. To celebrate the differences between ourselves and how we can naturally heal!
